Roger Lawrence, Owner, earned his BBA from the University of Texas with a major in Real Estate and Urban Land Development. Since that time, he has put that knowledge to work in a variety of related fields.
Roger's first steps were in Real Estate Sales and Management. In 1979, he turned his focus to construction and founded Lawrence Construction in the Dallas area.
In 1996, Roger and family moved to Lake Travis, and Lawrence Construction Company, Inc., continued its work in the Austin area. Specializing in residential, medical, and dental construction, Roger has worked with a wide variety of clients with an even wider variety of unique needs and requests. These unique needs have created some stunning custom homes and rooms. (See the Photo Gallery for examples.)

David Manning, A.I.A., is an architect practicing in Austin (and previously in Boston and Dallas), currently specializing in custom residential homes and modest office buildings. He previously was in charge of several Texas schools’ newspaper printing facilities, including the Wilmington News Journal in Delaware and Manchester Union Leader in New Hampshire. But a favorite project was an addition and renovation to the Peter Paul Almond Joy plant in Naugatuck, Connecticut.
David holds degrees in Architecture from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts with honors from the University of Texas at Austin (1995).
David's love of architecture comes perhaps from his childhood. “I played in the pastures of my grandparents, near Jacksboro, where the boulders bigger than cars rose above my head, created intriguing spaces and cast shadows on the prairie in the distance, and were covered with the softest moss I ever felt.”
He has spent the last two Januaries on short term mission trips to Thailand.

Vicki Mayabb, a licensed interior designer, has been making homes and businesses beautiful for over 23 years. Vicki Mayabb Interiors has been a successful Austin business since 1991. Prior to that, her company was located in Dallas (1985-1991) and Colorado Springs (under the name Partners in Design, 1982-1985). Although her wide range of credits includes innovative designs in Colorado, Washington, D.C., and Key West, Florida, Vicki's talents are currently focused in Austin and the Dallas Metroplex.
Vicki's work includes remodeling and new construction for both residential and commercial clients. In both areas, custom pieces and original designs make Vicki's homes and companies stand out from the rest. Her work has been published in Austin Magazine and will soon be featured on HGTV's Designer's Challenge.
Vicki majored in Fine Arts at Stephen F. Austin State University and received her Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University.
